The European committee is one of six regional teams that implement the work of NCFI.

In outline, we plan to do the following over the next four years:
  • Run the Spiritual Care Training programme across the region
  • Support national fellowships to run Saline Process training - mostly at the national level.
  • Run one Regional Conference (2018) and support the International Conference (2016)
  • Explore with members setting up Sub regional training and conferences in Scandanvian languages, Russian, Spanish, Romanian, and English
  • Encourage Linkages between national fellowships - particularly Denmark (DKS) with Ukraine and Moldova and NCF Scotland with ACMA in Armenia
  • Explore a role out NCF Spain's pilot migrant nurses' project –
  • Encourage and support the development NCFI Next Generation - connecting young nurses and students across the nations
  • Develop an NCFI European Social Media Strategy
  • Send  Quarterly e-Newsletter and regional prayer letter to individuals and national fellowships,
  • Sharing Bible study and theological resources between fellowships - using website, social media, etc.
  • Leadership training programme being used across the region by national fellowships, at the World Congress and regional conferences, and by European Committee
  • To support the running of the Student nurses spirituality conferences every other year
  • Encouraging national nurse leaders to engage with NCFI and secular nurse bodies at national, regional and global level (e.g. with the ICN).
  • Partnerships with other Christian healthcare organisations and networks globally or in region, including UMO, PRIME, ICMDA, HCFI and IHS (Saline Process)
